What do we actually receive?
Finished static ads in the agreed formats, a batch review workflow and the reasoning behind the test angles. Volume is governed by fair use and your approved brand inputs—not a promise that every generated variation should be published.
When does the first batch arrive?
Within seven days of completed onboarding. If that first-batch window is missed, the setup fee is refunded. Completed onboarding means the required assets, brief and approvals are in place.
Is video included?
The standalone Creative Engine covers statics. Video Engine is an add-on there and is included in Growth and Full Stack.
Who chooses what gets published?
A strategist and designer shape the batch. Your designated reviewer retains explicit approval. Campaign results and approved corrections inform the next batch.
What happens on the audit?
In one free 30-minute working session, an operator maps the repeated work, the data it needs, its decision rights and the approvals it must keep. You leave with a sensible first Hermes loop and an honest fit verdict.
