What we collect
Two things. When you use the “Start here” form or book an audit, we store what you type: your name, work email, company, website, and whatever context you choose to add. As you move through the site we record which step you reached — a page view, a form start, a booking — so we can see where the funnel breaks.
Why
To prepare and hold the audit call you asked for, to follow up about your request, and to understand which parts of this site work. We do not sell data and we do not buy it.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs. our sales system stores leads and funnel events. Calendly runs the booking calendar and receives the name and email you enter there. With your consent, conversion events are also shared with Meta so our advertising reaches relevant operators — your email address is hashed before it is sent and is never transmitted in the clear.
Consent, and what happens without it
Optional Google Analytics, Leadinfo and Meta measurement run only if you accept them in the banner. Decline and these optional tools do not load; we keep only our own server-side record of which step was reached. To change your mind, use Cookie settings at /cookies.
How long we keep it
Lead records are kept while the opportunity is live and afterwards for our own records. Funnel events are kept in aggregate. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it. Write to leon@187n.ai and we will answer.
