Roles
For data you submit through this website, 187N is the controller. During a delivery engagement, where we operate systems on your behalf and handle data belonging to your customers, you are the controller and 187N is the processor — governed by the data processing agreement signed alongside that engagement, not by this page.
Safeguards
Agents run containerized behind a firewall with execution allowlists, audit trails and vetted skills. Access follows least privilege. Financial, legal and reputational decisions require explicit human approval. Credentials are never shared outside the engagement team.
Sub-processors
The sub-processors for a given engagement are listed in that engagement’s DPA, because they depend on which systems we are asked to run. For this website they are Vercel, the existing 187N sales database, Calendly and — with consent — Google Analytics, Leadinfo and configured Meta measurement.
