Our support ran itself within three weeks. We keep the exceptions — the agents take the other 1,100 tickets a month.

We stopped renting and started owning. The build compounds every quarter, and nothing walks out the door with a vendor.

What happens during a 187N audit call?
A 30-minute session with an operator — not a salesperson. We map your workflows, identify where agents remove busywork, estimate ROI against a hire, and tell you honestly whether 187N is the right fit.
Is the audit call really free?
Yes. No credit card, no obligation. We would rather spend 30 minutes telling you the truth than close a bad-fit deal. If we are not right for you, we say so on the call.
Who will I speak with on the call?
An operator from the 187N team — typically a founder or senior builder from Amsterdam or Dubai. Consultants and account executives do not run audit calls.
What should I prepare before the audit call?
Know your busiest department, your current tool stack, and what a new hire would cost you annually. Optional: one workflow that breaks every week. That is enough for a useful session.
How long until I get a build recommendation?
You leave the call with a verdict: build, wait, or not a fit. If we proceed, you receive a scoped build spec within days — agents, integrations, timeline, and investment.
Can I book for my whole leadership team?
Yes. Add colleagues to the Calendly booking or forward the invite. Operations, support, and growth leads often join so we map cross-department impact in one session.
What industries does 187N work with?
E-commerce, SaaS, finance, logistics, healthcare, legal, hospitality, and professional services. The agent library spans 362 use cases; the audit call identifies which ones match your operation.
What if I am not ready to build yet?
We tell you. Some teams need cleaner data or a hire first. You still leave with a prioritized agent roadmap you can act on when timing is right — no pressure to sign.
How is pricing discussed on the audit call?
Against one anchor: a new hire at $65,000+ per year, recurring. We scope a one-time build you own outright. Integrations, agents, and Mission Control are included — not metered per seat.
What timezone are audit calls available in?
Slots cover European and Gulf business hours from Amsterdam and Dubai. Calendly shows times in your local timezone automatically.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Calendly sends confirmation with reschedule and cancel links. No penalty for moving a slot.
What happens after a positive audit call?
You receive a build specification: agent permissions, data flows, integrations, approval rails, and timeline. Both parties sign before development starts. Most builds go live within one week.
